TERMS & CONDITIONS
 
  1. Bookings will only be confirmed upon of 50% (fifty percent) deposit from Published Full-board Packages/Room Rates (evidenced by authenticated and approved bank transfer/deposit slip and/or direct cash/credit card payment).

  2. An official/formal Letter of Guarantee is required for booking of 10 (ten) pax and above and/or with a nominal value exceeding Rp.10.000.000,- (ten million Indonesian rupiahs) in addition to the above stated deposit.

  3. Children between 2 (two) to 10 (ten) years old are eligible to receive a 50% (fifty percent) discount from Published Full-board Package/Room rates. Children under 2 (two) years old will be free of charge.

  4. Payment on confirmed booking(s) must be settled 24 (twenty four) hours prior to departure via bank transfer, credit card and/or cash card and payment (evidenced by authenticated and approved bank transfer/deposit slip and/or direct cash/credit card payment). Guest's personal bill may and must be settled on the resort upon chek-out by means of cash and/or credit card. Payment by credit card (VISA and MASTER CARD only) will be subject to a 3% (three percent) merchant transaction fee.

  5. Ice/cool boxes, foods (except for baby food), drink, pets, firearms, sharp weapons, fireworks/ crackers hazardous/toxic materias/plants, and narcotics are prohibited on the resort and will not be loaded onto the shuttle/transport boat. The officer on duty reserves the right to conduct spot checks on luggage/persons and/or refuse to allow luggage (in part or in whole) and/or a guest(s) to depart, should he/she deem it necessary due to suspicions of security and safety threat to the other guest(s) and the resort. Refused luggage can be placed in the care of company / resort at a Rp.50.000,- (fifty thousand rupiah) charge per storage bag provided.

  6. For Public Holidays special rates or High Season Sucharge may apply, which will be determined and announced 2 (two) weeks in advance

  7. Rates are subject to change without notice.

DEPARTURE & ARRIVAL
 

Departure/arrival point to/form the resort will be from Marina Ancol Pier #15, unless otherwise indicated. Subject to weather conditions the estimated times of boat departures and arrivals are as follows :

Weekday Packages : (Monday-Saturday)

  • Marina Ancol - AlamKotok Resort : ETD 08:00 - ETA 09:30
  • AlamKotok resort - Marina Ancol : ETD 14:00 - ETA 15:30

Weekend Packages :

  • Marina Ancol - AlamKotok Resort : Saturday ETD 08:00 - ETA 09:30
  • AlamKotok Resort - Marina Ancol : Sunday ETD 15:30 - ETA 17: 00


CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDING
 
  1. Cancellations (for confirmed booking against deposit) done within 3 (three) days from the date of departure will be subjectto a 25% (twenty five percent). Cancellation Fee from Published Full-board Package/Room Rates, which will be deducated from deposit(s) paid.

  2. Cancellations within 24 (twenty four) hours of departure will be subject to a 50% (fivety percent) Cancellation Fee from Published Full-board Package/Room Rates. In such cases, booking deposit(s) paid will not be refunded.

  3. No Show and/or tardiness will be subject to a 100% (one hundred percent). Cancellation Fee from Published Full-board Package/Room Rates. In such cases, payments made willl not be refundable

  4. Guest(s) that have been denied departure due to be found in possession of pets, firearms, sharp weapons, hazardous/toxic material/plants, and narcotics will only be eligible for a 50% (fifty percent) refund on full Published Full-board/Room Rates payment made. In such cases, deposit(s) paid will not be refunded.

  5. Refunds will be executed within 5 (five) banking days from date of cancellation.
